Texas Association of Secondary school principals tassp austin

Last year, more than 2,100 educators attended the TA SSP Summer Workshop and left ready to implement best practices at schools across Texas! There were more than 100 concurrent sessions presented by the Texas Education Agency, university professors, attorneys, career and technology teachers, consultants and practitioners.

TASSP is an approved provider for professional development. The sessions are categorized in the program by the seven professional development strands. A form will be included in the workshop program so that you can chart your attendance as a record of hours spent in training. Not only will you grow in your leadership skills but you will meet the expectations for continuing education for your certification.

 YOU SPOKE; WE LISTENED.

Based on the requests noted on the survey from the 2009 Summer Workshop, we have made changes that we believe will improve service to our members at the 2010 Summer Workshop. Some of the changes that have been made include, but are not limited to:

COME EARLY! STAY LATE!
