AUDIO-VISUAL EQUIPMENT NEEDS PLEASE READ CAREFULLY
Room set-up: Theater Seating
TASSP will provide the following, if requested at the time the proposal is submitted. One six-foot table for materials and
a podium will be provided for all concurrent sessions. In addition, TASSP will provide a screen and AV support package
which includes a utility cart with outlet and a VGA extension cable.
TASP will NOT provide LCD projectors and laptop computers. Upon request, a list of AV equipment and rental
prices will be provided. Any requests for AV equipment will be contracted and paid for by the presenter with the TASSP
Summer Workshop AV provider. Payment for on-site requests is required prior to set-up.

Please note: Notification of acceptance will be sent no later than April 15, 2010.
• Upon acceptance notification, presenters will submit to TASSP their presentation information to be posted online. 
• The presentation will be posted online at the end of the conference. 
• TASSP will not print handouts for concurrent session presenters. • Hotel arrangements are the responsibility of the presenter. 
• Presenters wishing to participate in any other parts of the conference will be expected to register.   
• LCD projectors will NOT be provided by TASSP
