Registration Cancellation

The TASSP staff has begun the refund process for all registrations for the Summer Workshop. The refund will be sent to the business office at the school district. If the payment was made by an individual or a non-school related organization, the refund will be mailed to the address noted with the payment. If the registration was paid with a credit card, the refund will be posted to the credit card account. If we received a PO (but no actual funds yet) or have received no payment at all, we will void the invoice and cancel the registration with no refund. Any checks we receive for the 2020 Summer Workshop will automatically be returned to the sender. Allow 2-4 weeks for the process to complete.

FYI: The $125 refund policy is being waived for all registrants.

Texas Heroes Awards Dinner Reservations

Since we have cancelled the Texas Heroes Night of the Stars, we will automatically refund everyone that registered and paid for the awards dinner. If you paid by credit card, the card will be refunded back the full amount.  If you paid by check, a refund check for the full amount will be refunded.

Hotel Reservation Cancellation

Conference Direct (CD) oversees hotel reservations for the TASSP Summer Workshop. CD will also oversee the cancellation of all hotel reservations. Notification will be sent to the person on each reservation. Notifying the school business office is the responsibility of the school employee. If monies were encumbered for this hotel reservation, the business office will want to know that the reservation has been cancelled.

Reservation cancellation fees are being waived for all reservations. If you need to contact CD, call (877) 262-5617.
